The Bookings Service provides a Central booking team responsible for arranging patient appointments at Cheltenham General, Gloucestershire Royal and all community hospitals in the county. The team is based at the Docks, Gloucester. We aim to arrange appointments at the best time and place to suit individual patients needs, and respond to written, email and telephone requests for appointments.
We also have reception teams based in several outpatient departments at Cheltenham General and Gloucestershire Royal Hospitals.
There is approximately 80 staff providing these services, managed by Jayne Evans, also based at the Docks
