Dr Dunckley completed his specialty training in the Oxford region. He obtained his PhD on visceral/gut pain at the University of Oxford in 2006. His areas of specialist interest are functional gut disorders (irritable bowel syndrome), inflammatory bowel disease and endoscopic training. He is currently the Deputy Director for the Gloucestershire Endoscopy Training Centre.
