What shall I do if I have a question?
If the area is painful, take your usual pain relief.

What will happen if the test is positive?
If you develop pain or redness around the catheter or if the fluid coming out of the drain goes cloudy, then tell your lung cancer nurse specialist straight
If not treated quickly, it can sometimes lead to blindness or stroke.

If you are able to give yourself the enema at home you will not need another.
This test is not recommended if pituitary problems are suspected.
