We are thrilled that Team NHS Glos will be joined by fundraisers from Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Charity on this exciting adventure. Once you have registered, 360 Expeditions will contact you to ask which charity you are fundraising for. Our Community Fundraiser, Imogen, will then be in touch to support you every step of the way!

Self-funded option

• £800 non-refundable deposit at registration (payment plans available)
• Remaining £2495 to be paid by June 2027 (payment plans available)
• £1000 minimum fundraising target

Sponsorship funded option

• £800 non-refundable deposit at registration (payment plans available)
• £5000 minimum fundraising target
• Any shortfall must be topped up 2 months prior to departure or the place is forfeited.

What is included?

• International flights (if flight option chosen when booking)
• Professional and expert local guides and a 360 guide (depending on group size)
• Scheduled hotel nights

• Personal travel insurance
• Mandatory Helicopter Evacuation Plan – £35

• Airport transfers when not booking on with flights
• Any additional costs associated with leaving the expedition early including any airline surcharges as a result of changing return airline tickets

When do we need to sign up by?

We recommend that you sign up by the end of September 2026 to have enough time to fundraise and train for this exciting challenge
