Would you like to take part of one of the world’s most iconic running events? The London Marathon is an unforgettable experience – running past historic landmarks, cheered on by thousands, and making a real difference for your local hospitals.
Applications for one of our limited charity places in London Marathon 2027 are now open!
Please complete the application form in as much detail as possible. Applications will close on Sunday 14th June, and we will let all applicants know if they have been successful by the end of July.

Terms and Conditions
• On race day you will be at least 18 years of age • You understand that the entry fee of £100 is a non-refundable registration fee. • You understand that Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity will attempt to contact successful applicants 3 times via email or phone. If there is no response within one working week of our 3rd attempt, we receive the right to offer the place to the next applicant. ● You will pledge to raise a minimum of £2,500 (excluding Gift Aid) in sponsorship and reach the following milestones At least 50% (£1250) by 31st January 2027 At least 100% (£2500) by 25th April 2026 If you don’t reach these milestones, you could lose your place and the deposit is non-refundable. If you are struggling to achieve these, contact the charity for support. ● You will ensure that 100% of funds raised will be donated to Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity and not split with another charity. ● You agree that you are undertaking the training and race at your own risk and Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness resulting from this event. ● You will inform Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity at the earliest possible opportunity if you sustain an injury which forces you to withdraw from the race and you understand that deferrals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis ● You agree that Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity may use any images taken on the day in promotional materials including, but not limited to marketing material, social media, advertising, publications, and other documents or mediums that may be made available to the public. You must also comply with the terms and conditions set out by the race organisers.
