The Communications Team handles all media enquiries and should be the first point of contact for all journalists.
The communications team is largely working from home during COVID-19. While phones have been diverted to mobiles, some team members have poor mobile reception.
During working hours, please email email@example.com and we will call you back as soon as possible.
If your request is urgent, outside working hours, please contact the switchboard as they have our mobile and home numbers.

If you are calling out of hours, please contact the hospital switchboard on 0300 422 2222 and ask for the Communications Team.
What we do
Our Communications Team is here to:
- Respond to media enquiries for comment or statements
- Issue proactive news about our hospitals
- Manage requests for interviews or filming on our hospital sites
- Provide accurate facts and figures.
Taking photographs or filming on site
If you would like to film or take photographs while on our hospital sites you must obtain permission from our Communications Team.
Anyone who is found filming or taking photographs without permission will be asked to leave.
