Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recognising Noeleen Quinn for reaching 50 years of continuous service within the NHS.

Noeleen began her career in 1975 as a Healthcare Assistant and later became a Ward Clerk on 4A where she has worked for many years. Known for her reliability, good humour and strong team spirit, she has been a consistent presence through decades of change in the NHS.

She began her journey with the Trust as a Healthcare Assistant before joining the ward clerk team, where she became an essential part of Ward 4A. Her experience and kindnes, have shaped the culture of that ward and her colleagues say she’s loved by everyone who works with her.

Noeleen’s family is truly an NHS family, she has eight children and four of them also work in the NHS. Her daughter Edel said: “She has inspired the four of us to work in the NHS. I doubt I would be a nurse today if it wasn’t for her influence.”

Congratulations Noeleen on 50 remarkable years. Thank you for your compassion, your commitment and the countless lives you’ve touched along the way.
