Orchard Car Park Disruption
Planned works linked to the GRH Phase 2 Electrical Infrastructure Project will impact the Orchard (visitors) car park.
What work is taking place
The works involve excavating part of the Orchard car park to install an earth nest.
Impact on parking
- 22 June to 8 July 2026: 10 parking spaces within the Orchard car park will be temporarily out of use
- Saturday 27 June 2026, 7:30am to 4pm: the Orchard car park will be closed for the full day
Why this matters
Upgrading the electrical infrastructure will improve the reliability and resilience of power supply across the site, helping to support critical services and future development.
What you need to do
Please allow extra time for parking during this period and consider alternative car parks where possible.
