Biography
Mr Dean has extensive experience in general ophthalmology, and completed his training in the Severn Deanery, with specialist training in glaucoma.
He treats advanced and complex cataracts, and is the lead for the Gloucestershire emergency eye care service.
He has a Masters degree in surgical education through Imperial College London, and has completed a PhD through the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
