Dr Karadia is a general anaesthetist with a specialist interest in paediatric anaesthesia and training. He has been a consultant at our Trust since 2000 but originally began his post-graduate training as a house officer in Cheltenham in 1990.
The Delivery Suite at the Women's Centre at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital is a state of the art facility, designed to give you the best possible service if you need medical assistance during labour.

Thanks to our generous supporters, a new high-tech haematology microscope has been funded to support local cancer patients.
Due to essential works to replace hot water pipes, hot water will be unavailable throughout the main atrium block at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, including the Children’s Centre, from 7:30am to 9pm on Sunday 29 September.

Mr Dell'Aversana has extensive experience in cataract and vitreoretinal surgery. He performs a large number of procedures every year and he is involved in the training of perspective general and vitreoretinal consultants. Mr Dell'Aversana qualified in medicine and surgery in Italy and undertook further subspecialty training in the UK.
