Our values – Caring, Compassionate, Inclusive and Accountable – are at the heart of everything we do. Throughout the year, the Living Our Values Awards each month highlight people who stand out in their dedication and commitment to making our workplace and services the best they can be.
This year, our Recognition Committee selected one annual award winner from the 21 that won via the monthly awards between August 2025 and May 2026. This award reflects the best of the best.
Recognition Committee
Our Recognition Committee plays a vital role in ensuring fairness, inclusivity, and consistency in the shortlisting process for our monthly and annual staff awards. Composed of previous award winners, this committee brings first-hand experience and insight into what it means to be recognised for excellence.
Serving for one year, committee members actively contribute to shaping a transparent and meaningful awards process, ensuring that all nominations are reviewed with care and impartiality. Each year, the committee transitions to include our latest award recipients, fostering fresh perspectives while maintaining the integrity of our recognition programme.
