Health visiting
After your baby is born, your Health Visitor will be involved in the care of you and you baby
Health Visitors are trained nurses or midwives that work with public health nurses and community nursery nurses. This care is provided by Gloucestershire Health and Care Trust.
Find out more about what they can support you with, including infant feeding advice, referring on to other professionals after a full assessment, behaviour/sleep advice and continence, as well as developmental assessments including speech, physiotherapy, hearing and eyesight.
