Management of bleeding in adult patients taking oral anticoagulants (e.g. apixaban, dabigatran, edoxaban, rivaroxaban, warfarin). Includes guidance on DOAC reversal agents (e.g. andexanet alfa, idarucizumab, Octaplex).
