Avoid contact sports for 4 weeks. This is due to the risk of trauma (injury) and bleeding.
These exercises should be repeated 10 times, twice a day increasing to 20 times 4 times per day over the following week.
This means that you will come into hospital on the morning of your operation and you will go home about 4 hours after the procedure has been completed.

Try doing 4 or 5 holds every time you feed your baby. This will help you get into the routine of doing them.
