Book of Remembrance following the death of your baby
We have a Baby Memorial Book in each of our Hospital Chapels where you are very welcome to have some brief words written in memory of your baby. You may like to visit one of the chapels to have a look at the book before deciding on your entry.

Book of Remembrance
When you have decided what you would like entered in the book, please write it clearly in the space provided on page 3 of this leaflet and send to the Department of Spiritual Care at either Gloucestershire Royal Hospital or Cheltenham General Hospital.
Alternatively, you can email your entry to the address on the back cover. Please make sure you include your full name, address and phone number and specify at which hospital you would like the entry made. (Please note that we will not use your contact details for any other purpose) Your entry will be carefully hand written in the book and a copy will be sent to you. There is no charge for this service.
You can visit the Hospital Chapel to view your entry whenever you wish but it is always a good idea to telephone first, to make sure that the book will be available. Baby Memorial Services are held in the autumn and you are very welcome to attend. If you would like details about these services please contact us.
