With our Patient Engagement Portal, you're able to take more control of your care, allowing us more time to focus on providing it.

Over the next couple of years (2024–2025), we’ll be introducing functionality that has a direct impact on the management and efficiency of your care, and your experience within our Outpatient department.

You'll be able to:

  • manage your own appointment schedule
  • complete assessments from home
  • access improved communication with your care team
  • view all appointment letters digitally
  • receive appointment reminders

We’ve been working with our suppliers to get everything ready, and now we’re testing the portal to make sure it works for our patients and Outpatient teams. Once we’re satisfied that everything works as it should, we’ll begin our roll out delivery plan, letting you know along the journey when new functionality is available.
