The results of your fine needle aspiration will usually be available 1 to 2 weeks after the procedure.

CT colonoscopy uses a CT scanner to produce 2 and 3 dimensional images of the whole of the large bowel (colon and rectum).
The scanner is a doughnut shape, about 2 feet thick, which you pass through on a couch.
