Medical SDEC provides an alternative service for patients that either attend ED or are referred from their GP.
If constipation becomes a problem, please contact your GP as you may need a mild laxative.
If you need more tablets before your appointment date, these can be requested from your GP.
Check that your last name, first name, date of birth, address or NHS number and GP surgery are clearly written in the appropriate space on the container
Clinicians also have secure access to view patient’s ophthalmology data including photos, scans, videos, metadata, GP letters and care plans.
Your GP will also have access to your X-ray report.

Your GP should receive the results in 4 days. Sometimes the results can come back contaminated.
A report of the procedure will automatically be sent to your GP.
