Sample requirements 10 - 15 mL urine collected into a plain 30mL Universal Storage/transport Send at ambient temperature to the laboratory.

Re-apply every 2 hours for the first 2 to 3 days. If the area becomes very painful, numb or tingles, remove the ice pack immediately.
Aim to build up gradually, holding the muscles in for a maximum of 10 seconds and repeating up to 10 times in one go.
