Should you or a member of your household be admitted to hospital you should let the staff know that you have had CPE and can show them this card.
We know that most patients (and their families) struggle with one or more aspects of their recovery.
You do not need to count your baby’s movements, but you should get to know their pattern. Take time to relax and make sure their pattern is normal.
It is important for you to know the signs of labour and to be prepared.
Please let your psychologist know if you do not want them to do this (we are happy not to).
If you know someone who is struggling, encourage them to seek help.
