What if I have a problem with the splint?
If you are concerned about your ICD wound

If γGT is also raised then some, if not all, of the ALP is likely to be of liver origin.
What if I change my mind?
If we cannot manage this, there is most likely a blockage there.
If a friend or relative dropped you off, please ask if they are able to pick you up. If this is not possible, please consider booking a taxi.
Call AHOU if you are concerned that you may have ascites.
What if I travel or go on holiday?
If you have been given Buscopan® to relax your bowel during the procedure please seek urgent medical advice if you experience any of the following: Painful
If you do, you should tell the anaesthetist.
This dressing must be changed daily or more often if wet.
If a dressing has been applied, please remove this after 48 hours.
Always read the label for directions, especially if you take other medicines or if you have been given prescription pain relief.
