Equality report

Equality Report 2022-23

This is published annually to highlight our progress, in line with the Public Sector Equality Duty requirements. It also lists our current Equality Objectives.

Equality Delivery System Report (EDS)

Each year public sector bodies must demonstrate they have met the requirements of the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED). This process is supported by the Equality Delivery System (EDS), an improvement framework designed to assist organisations in assessing their performance and identifying future improvement actions.

EDS Report 2023-24

The report sets out or response to these requirements and evidences the process we have undertaken to review our performance against the EDS framework and the eleven outcome areas spread across three Domains:

  • Commissioned or provided services
  • Workforce health and well-being
  • Inclusive leadership.

We are required to undertake a self-assessment of our performance and independently verify our position with stakeholders and staff.

Gender Pay Gap

Employers with more than 250 staff are required to publish figures relating to pay and gender on an annual basis.

Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES)

Completing the WRES is an annual requirement.
