Consultant Medical Oncologist
Dr Decatris trained in Medical Oncology in Manchester and Leicester. From 2004-2014 he worked in Cyprus and in 2014 he returned to the UK and has been working in a full-time substantive post at our hospitals. Dr Decatris works across all three hospital sites (Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford).

Since 2016 he has been the clinical lead for the chemotherapy service. His interests include platinum-based chemotherapy, biological therapies and immunotherapy.
Dr Decatris is a member of the ACP (Association of Cancer Physicians), BTOG (British Thoracic Oncology Group), ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology), EORTC Lung Cancer Group and IASLC (International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer).
