Wrist Injuries

Wrist trauma includes injuries to the bones, ligaments or soft tissues of the wrist, often due to falls or impact, leading to pain, swelling and limited motion

Infection in the Hand and Wrist

Hands and the structures within them are prone to infections from bacteria, viruses and fungal (microorganisms) sources. The anatomy of the hand is complex in that a relatively trivial injury may cause disproportionate amount of harm.

Our service includes includes treatment for conditions affecting the hand, wrist and forearm, ranging from trauma and fractures to chronic conditions and nerve-related issues.

As well as surgery, we run a variety of elective and trauma outpatient clinics for both adults and children. Our trauma clinic is available seven days a week and additionally we offer specialist hand therapist and hand practitioner clinics.
