What can I do?
Midwives do not offer work experience placements, but you can try contacting some of the following for more information: community midwives antenatal classes

Blood tests If you have been asked to do a blood test, you can do so at Cheltenham General Hospital or Gloucestershire Royal Hospital without an appointment

Fibroids do not always cause symptoms, but those that do, account for about one third of all hysterectomy operations.

Do not peel the skin off once the blister has been lanced. Vaseline® or Savlon® can be applied daily to the wound if necessary.
Getting up, dressed and moving helps maintain muscle strength and your ability to do things for yourself.

You do not need to count your baby’s movements, but you should get to know their pattern. Take time to relax and make sure their pattern is normal.
