Do not try to adjust or fix your Woodcast® splint.
Do not fry food. Avoid seeds, especially sweetcorn. Drink plenty of fluids.
Never attempt to trim or remove your cast unless you are advised to do so, and always seek help if there's a problem.
You can do this by resting your foot on cushions. This will help to reduce any swelling and pain.
