We talk about transition regularly in outpatients clinics and make sure the concept is introduced and understood well before it happens.
We treat patients from Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire, Shropshire, Swindon, and Powys.
We have a quiet time between 1pm and 3pm so that patients may rest.
We can also hear and talk to you, to provide reassurance.
We do receive a high level of interest in volunteering.
